Yesterday, we spoke of the traditional pictures of Pentecost (Shavuot). Recall that at Shavuot, God’s people celebrate the giving of the Word of God on Mount Sinai and the giving of the tongues of fire of the Holy Spirit in Jerusalem. Today, we will speak of some Pentecost hidden mysteries that are manifesting in our day. Behold, the Spirit and the Bride say, “Come!!!” to the Word of God (Revelation 19:13). When Moses received the Ten Commandments on Shavuot, he was acting like the “friend of the bride” who was literally carrying God’s people to their Betrothed – the Most High God Himself. So, in a sense Pentecost is known as “The Betrothal” due to Moses; faithfulness. Technically, to a Hebrew (one who has crossed over), Passover (Pesach) is considered to be the time of Is-real’s engagement to God (i.e., betrothal) while Pentecost is referred to as the Marriage Day between God and Israel (i.e., God’s people). Shavuot commemorates both God (as the Bride’s Father) giving the Word of God as a dowry on Mount Sinai, and Moses presenting the people of Israel themselves, as a dowry to Father God for His Son – Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha Machiach). What I find interesting is that both the marriage contract (“ketubah” in Hebrew) and the Bridegroom are both the Word of God. On the first Shavuot, the Torah given by God was His side of the marriage contract. When all the people at Mount Sinai said: “All that the LORD has spoken we will do” (Exodus 19:8), they committed to marry Him. It still remains that His Pure and Spotless Bride makes herself ready and present the Bride’s fulfilled side of the marriage contract (Revelation 19:7-8). Just as the Bridegroom did not come to destroy but fulfill the Word of God, so shall His Bride (Matthew 5:17). Unbeknownst to most Christians, something extremely significant pre-dated the first Shavuot at Mount Sinai, which also happened on sixth of Sivan – Pentecost. The man who “walked with God; and he was not for God took him” (Genesis 5:24) was born on the sixth of Sivan and he was taken up to heaven that very day: “Enoch was born on the sixth day of the month Sivan, and lived for 365 years. He was taken up to heaven on the first day of the month Sivan and stayed in heaven 60 days. He wrote about all these signs of creation, which the Lord created, and wrote 366 books. He handed them over to his children and remained on earth for 30 days, after which he was again taken up to heaven on the sixth day of the month Sivan, on the very day and hour when he was born” (II Enoch 68). Enoch was a bridal lover of God. Enoch was a firstfruit of firstfruits, a forerunner to forerunners. Bridal lovers of the Most High God in our day will be known as Enoch Walkers too. The Pseudo-Jonathan translation of Genesis 5:24 tells us: “Enoch worshiped in truth before the Lord, and behold he was not with the inhabitants of the earth because he was taken away and he ascended to the firmament at the command of the Lord, and he was called Metatron, the Great Scribe” ( Genesis 5: 24 Targum Pseudo-Jonathan ). In the Third Book of Enoch, we find out that the ascended Enoch transformed into the Prince of the Presence, the angel Metatron: • “Rabbi Ishmael said: I asked METATRON, THE ANGEL, THE PRINCE OF THE PRESENCE, ‘What is your name?’ He answered, ‘I have seventy names, corresponding to the seventy languages of the world, and all of them are based on the name Metatron, angel of the Presence. However, my King calls me “Youth” ’ ” ( III Enoch 3 ). • “Rabbi Ishmael said: I asked Metatron, ‘Why does your Creator call you by seventy names? You are more important than all the princes, higher than all the angels, more loved than all the servants, more honored than all the mighty, great, and splendid ones in kingly positions, so why do they call you ‘Youth’ in the high heavens?’ He answered, ‘Because I AM ENOCH THE SON OF JARED. When the people-group of the flood sinned and did confuse things, they said to Yahweh, ‘Leave us, we don’t want to know about you,’ then the Sacred One – may He be blessed – removed me from them to be a witness against them in the high heavens to all the inhabitants of earth, so that they wouldn’t say, ‘The Merciful One is cruel’ “ (III Enoch 4). Metatron is not only the ascended and transformed state of Enoch the son of Jared; but it is, and will be, the ascended state of the Messiah’s Fire Bride as well. You see Metatron is simply the perfect image of our Messiah Yeshua (Jesus Christ), or in other words, the undifferentiated state of the Messiah. Remember that Yeshua is the Head while those made (being made) into the exact same image of Jesus are His multi-membered Body. There are many levels of maturity in the Messiah’s Body; but only those who manifestly join Yeshua, as one, in holy matrimony and are 100-percent like Him are part of Metatron – the Metatron Oneness Matrix. Perhaps, Enoch son of Jared being taken up to heaven permanently on Pentecost – the sixth of Sivan on the Hebrew (Biblical) calendar – is a sign for this generation. When we add to this fact that Metatron is the Prince of the Presence, we see another profound facet. The Messiah’s fully mature head (Yeshua) and His fully mature body is Metatron - the Prince of the Presence – the Prince of the Shekinah – the Prince of the Shekinah Glory – the Prince of the Dwelling Presence of God. Enoch is the firstfruit of the firstfruits who will be taken by God in order for their mortality to take on immortality (1 Cor. 15:53). Enoch is a forerunner for all who forsake all but their Beloved. Enoch was the first one to be eternally betrothed in oneness, as the Bride of the Messiah, and incorporated in the Oneness Metatron Matrix. I believe that this soon coming Pentecost, which begins at sunset on Thursday, 2020 May 28 according to the Hebrew (Biblical) calendar, will preview a new-renewed dimension of the Spirit and the Bride saying come to Messiah Yeshua.
